Founded in 2005, c360 Solutions is a leading provider of add-on products, industry solutions and development tools for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. c360 products are sold exclusively through a network of over 500 authorized global partners that have delivered c360 solutions to more than 2,200 Dynamics customers worldwide, representing a base of more than 75,000 users. c360 products have been widely adopted by customers in the High-Tech, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services and Retail industries among others. c360's intense focus on customer satisfaction earned a 97% satisfaction rating in an independent survey.

In late 2011, c360 was acquired by one of the most recognized and successful Microsoft Dynamics management teams. This group of software business management professionals has over twenty-five years of experience in building and managing software organizations. During the past five years, the new c360 team has been specializing in building Dynamics CRM vertical applications, tools and CRM plug-ins. During this period of time they have reached the pinnacle of the Microsoft partner channel and have been awarded three Dynamics Global Partner of the Year awards, as well as Microsoft ISV Software Developer of the Year.

The strategy behind the acquisition of the c360 company is to combine Microsoft’s momentum, strategy and focus within the CRM market worldwide and to then apply decades of business software experience and expertise to a c360 company that is already recognized as the “go to” MS CRM solution provider. The combination of these skills and the c360 platform will quickly extend the leadership position that the new c360 organization has in the Dynamics CRM solutions marketplace. In addition, the management team at c360 has a series of strategic alliances, and acquisitions, including Relationship Charts and Sales Centric that are planned for the first half of 2012.

c360 has always been a Partner Centric organization and will continue to focus on delivering industry leading solutions through the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Channel. Prior to acquiring c360 Whit was the founding member, President and CEO of Client Profiles Practice Management Corporation, the parent company of the Client Profiles family of legal technology companies. Since the company’s inception, Mr. McIsaac has provided the vision and leadership that has enabled the company’s strategic positioning and growth in the legal marketplace. With more than 25 years of law office technology experience, he has been directly involved with more than 1,400 case and financial management and CRM system installations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom and the Asia Pacific region, encompassing over 50,000 users worldwide. Client Profiles pioneered the development and global launch of CRM4Legal as part of their Dynamics practice.

Dave Hutchinson, Executive Vice President, COO

Dave is a senior Executive with a background in operations, sales and marketing. Prior to the acquisition of c360 Dave was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Client Profiles a provider of legal software solutions; he has a unique background that includes both sales and operations with an ability to provide consistent results while exceeding expectations. Prior to joining Client Profiles Dave was President of Pitney Bowes Legal Solutions where he worked for over 20 years. In this role he had oversight of sales, human resources, operations, finance, contracts and compliance.

Ilya Feigin, Vice President, Product Development

Ilya directs product strategy and development. He has been involved in Add-Ons development for CRM more than 10 years and he is always keen in enhancing products and keeping them very valuable for CRM customers and partners.

Gary Mills, CFO

Gary Mills

Gary is the CFO of c360 and brings a unique perspective to the company with more than 25 years in corporate finance, banking and commercial real estate. He has held various financial management positions with media giant Cox Enterprises, including the startup of Cox’s Interactive Media division as VP Finance. More recently, Gary has been engaged in consulting assignments in the software and bankruptcy industries, and commercial real estate brokerage, where his primary focus has been providing clients with financial and investment guidance.
