Message : System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. at c360.Portal.BusinessLayer.ServiceCase.ᜀ(Guid A_0, String A_1) at c360.Portal.BusinessLayer.ServiceCase.CreateServiceCase(Guid guidUserId, String strCreateServiceCaseXml) at c360.Portal.WebServices.ServiceCase.ᜀ(Guid A_0, String A_1) at c360.Portal.WebServices.ServiceCase.CreateServiceCase(String strServiceCaseXml)
This error message occurs in builds 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 when you have Portal configured to use a default case subject.
|A temporary solution to this problem is to not use a default case subject while using either 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52. This issue [is/will be] resolved in later versions.|
